This nail art is inspired by the rainy season. I live in a tropical country so it's either hot or rainy. It's only the end of March and it's suppose to be hot but last Friday was surprisingly rainy. As I mentioned on my previous post, I was also having some problem with my internet connection so I had some time to do other things beside browsing the web. This one is really simple so I didn't bother making a video. I hope you could still follow through .
For the base, I used Beauty Credit nail polish in Pink Syrup. It's like a really sheer frosted pink and needs four thin layers to build up opacity. For the french tip, I used Barry M. nail polish in Dark Silver. Instead of using the brush, I used cotton swab and pat it on the tip of my nails to add a little texture. Then I used chunky glitter nail polish and paint from half of my nails all the way to the top.
You can skip on this one if you want but I also added some clear tear drop shaped gems on some parts of my nails. It doesn't have to be similar position with the others. I just pick which spot looks empty and place it there to balance it all out.
I know we're still far from the rainy season but I hope you'd still like and try this one on.
